Chris Bradford has supplied us with a wealth of wonderful shots taken at Bay Area venues in the Seventies and early Eighties. From Bob Dylan to Van Morrison to Neil Young to Tom Waits, these photos capture the intimacy that smaller Bay Area venues (many of which are now gone) provided-- as larger stadiums more often became the norm. The Dan Ward Collection
Dan has sent us some great bluegrass shots-- as well as some wonderful Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia Band photos. There are some absolutely perfect pics from a Jerry Garcia & David Grisman show at Squaw Valley back in 1991 that should not be missed. For you blues fans, checks out the John Lee Hooker & Ry Cooder shots from the 1990 Bread and Roses Festival.
